The controversy revolving around it notwithstanding, the K.L. Rao Sagar project, popularly known as Pulichintala project, is taking final shape. About 99 per cent of cement concrete work, which is 6,36,678 tonnes, is over. The site engineers say 89.21 per cent of the total project has been completed.
