The Tamil Nadu government has moved the Supreme Court for contempt proceedings against the Centre for not complying with court's direction to frame a scheme to implement the water-sharing arrangement set out in its Feb. 16 judgment. Meanwhile, protests, rallies and fasts were observed demanding the constitution of the Cauvery Management Board.  Here are the stories on key protests over the issue.
