Congressmen staged a protest against Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao in Adilabad on Wednesday, for using 'unparliamentary' language while criticising Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy.
The partymen also criticised Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for his role in the cash for vote issue.
Talking to newsmen after burning the flex posters of the Telangana and AP Chief Ministers at NTR chowk, Adilabad District Congress Committee working president Naresh Jadhav said both Mr. Rao and Mr. Naidu were two sides of the same coin. Both have indulged in horse trading of MLAs, he said.
Talking about the failures of the Chief Ministers, the Congress leader said that neither had fulfilled even one promise from the election manifesto in respective States. They are only trying to divert the attention of people, he added.
