The voice of India’s business and industry, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), had chosen Dr. Sekar Viswanathan, vice-president, Vellore Institute of Technology, as the national level co-chair of FICCI’s Higher Education Committee.
In a communication issued by Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry president, Sandip Somany, he appointed Dr. Sekar Viswanathan, for the post.
The Higher Education Committee consists of leading educations of the nation.
The committee will present to the government and other stakeholders a roadmap for improving the quality of the higher education sector in the country.
