In an effort to make the travel of passengers and tourists more comfortable on Konkan Railway route, the Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) inaugurated a ‘Phone Grievance Registration System’ (PGRS) on Sunday.

The PGRS on Konkan Railway route will enable passengers travelling on the route to register their grievances pertaining to various issues 24/7 on a toll-free number 18002665725. Upon dialling the number, the passenger is prompted to record his or her grievance. An audio file is created which is then attended to by KRCL officials. Response on redressal of the grievance can be sent back as an SMS.

Konkan Railway already has an SMS Grievance Number (+91-9004470700) where they can SMS their complaint regarding any passenger-related service.

The Grievance Registration number 18002665725 will also enable passengers to voice record their grievance.

Passengers are requested to utilize the system, said an official spokesperson of KRCL on Friday.
