Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Tuesday announced that he along with his Cabinet ministers and the legislators of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party will declare their assets in the state Assembly.

Not wanting to be left behind, Leader of Opposition Ravindra Choubey also said he and the members of Congress party in the legislative assembly would disclose details of their properties.

The announcement made by the Chhattisgarh Chief Minister is in line with the decision taken by his Madhya Pradesh counter-part Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
