Two persons who had come to take part in the flag hoisting ceremony held at Annai Velankanni Church in Besant Nagar drowned off Elliots Beach on Wednesday. The two persons had come along with a group of persons to visit the church. The victims have been identified to be Satish (17) and Vignesh (20).
