How to gain control of your free time

When we allow timetables to rule our lives, we run out of time to do anything that brings us joy. We are unable to keep in touch with our families, or enjoy our hobbies. In this video, Laura Vanderkam explains why time is elastic, and how we can build the lives we want. She states how we can judiciously use the 168 hours in the week by making a priority list with three things — career, relationships and self. We must add things in the list to carry out through the week, prioritising important tasks and people.
