At lunch on the second day of the first Test, Bangladesh scored 21 for no loss after India was bowled out for 243 in 70.5 overs at the Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium here on Monday. Openers Tamim Iqbal (21 n.o.) and Imrul Kayes were at the crease for Bangladesh.

The tail however failed to wag while Bangladesh skipper Shakib Al Hasan and Shahadat Hossain bagged five wickets each.
