Keki Kotwal, representative of the Cricket Club of India (CCI) at many BCCI working committee and annual general meetings, died on Monday morning. He was 75.
Kotwal was the CCI cricket sub-committee secretary for a record 27 years. He resigned on moral grounds because the club was relegated to the B division of the Kanga League.
A close associate of the late CCI and BCCI president Rajsingh Dungarpur, Kotwal was the manager of the Indian team for the ICC knockout tournament (Champions Trophy) that was played in Nairobi in 2000.
