In an administrative reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government has transferred five IAS officials and seven IPS officers.
Navdeep Rinwa, who was shifted as District Magistrate Rampur, would continue as DM Shahjahanpur, an official spokesman said here today.
DM Etah Balkar Singh, who was earlier transferred to Shahjahanpur in the same capacity, has been shifted to Rampur.
DM Kushinagar Gyan Singh has been transferred as Special Secretary Basic Education and DM Sant Ravidas Nagar has been posted in his place.
Special Secretary Basic Education S V S Rangarav has been posted as DM Sant Ravidas Nagar.
Among IPS officers, DIG Jhansi L V Antony Devkumar has been shifted to Rules and Manuals Department and DIG (security) Lucknow Anil Kumar has been posted in his place.
SSP Mathura Bhanu Bhaskar has been transferred as SP Rampur and would be replaced by SP Shahjahanpur Prem Kumar Gautam.
SP Rampur Ramit Sharma has been shifted to Shahjahanpur in the same capacity.
SP Etah Laxmi Narain has swapped places with SP Rae Bareli Ajay Mohan Sharma.
All the transfers were routine, the official said.
