VUDA has issued notification for open auction of 280 plots available in 13 layouts with the upset price ranging from Rs.2,500 to Rs.50,450.
Plots are available in VUDA and joint venture layouts in Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram areas. Auction will be conducted on April 20 to dispose of the plots. Applications will be accepted online from March 3 through the VUDA website www.vuda.gov.in, VUDA Vice-Chairman N. Yuvaraj said on Saturday.
Plots admeasuring 140 to 1550 square yards are up for grabs. Among the plots put up for auction, Sontyam layout alone has 165 plots with upset price of Rs.2,500 per square yard.
The list of plots as follows with upset price per square yard in brackets: One in Kurmannapalem Phase-V (Rs.11,300), three in Kurmannapalem Town centre layout (one school site) (Rs.18,480), two plots in Chinamushidiwada layout (Rs.7,750), 25 plots in Cyber Valley Sector-I, 10 in Cyber Valley Sector-II (Rs.16,037), 16 plots in Madhurawada government lands layout (Rs.14,361), two plots in MVP (CRZ Residential) layout (Rs.50,450), 19 plots in Adibhatla Nagar layout (CRZ- Residential) (Rs.11,400), 13 plots (six residential and seven commercial) in Chilukuri joint venture layout at Kapuluppada (Rs.8,668), two plots in Bheemunipatnam layout (Rs.4,700) and seven plots in Kummaripalem layout (Rs.4,723).
Two plots are available in Kanapaka Ayyannapeta layout at Vizianagaram with an upset price of Rs.5,500 per square yard. Another 13 plots are identified and put up for auction in various layouts.
Vacant plots have been finalised after a thorough verification of files and other related records duly conducting internal audit and hence all the plots earmarked for auction are free from all disputes and ready for registration.
The details of application cost and procedures to be followed for submission are available on VUDA website. VUDA will allow joint application and joint registration.
