Kerala floods 

A resurgent monsoon brought Kerala to its knees earlier this year. The State experienced unprecedented rainfall and flooding. Delhi Metro expands with Shiv Vihar-Trilokpuri corridor 

The Shiv Vihar-Trilokpuri Sanjay Lake corridor of the Delhi Metro’s Pink Line was operational from October this year. With the opening of the Shiv Vihar-Trilokpuri corridor, the Delhi Metro network expanded to approximately 314 km. The corridor, which has 15 stations, now connects commuters to Johri Enclave, Gokulpuri, Karkardooma Court, IP Extension, East Azad Nagar and Vinod Nagar East.
