Malhar Rajpal of Hong Kong and Priyanshi Bhandari of India upset top seeds in the second round of boys and girls respectively to enter the quarterfinals of the Arun Wakankar Memorial-ATF Asian Under-14 Series tennis tournament here.
Malhar ousted top seed Leston Vaz 6-3, 6-0. Local boy Arjun Gohad, a wild-card entrant, accounted for second seed Sidhharth Vaada 6-1, 6-4.
In the girls’ second round, unseeded Priyanshi defeated top seed Abhilasha Bista of Nepal 6-2, 6-1.
