Two support races during F1 weekend

Two support races will add to the excitement of the Airtel Grand Prix of India, the inaugural Formula One race in the country, scheduled to be held at the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida on October 30.

The support races — the JK Asia Series and the Delhi Championship with MRF — will be organised on October 28, 29 and 30.

Highlights of the schedule:October 28: 8.45-9.15 a.m.: JK Racing Asia Series practice session; 10-11.30 a.m.: F1 first practice session; 12-12.30 p.m.: Delhi championship with MRF practice session; 2-3.30 p.m.: F1 second practice session; 4-4.30: Delhi championship with MRF qualifying session.

October 29: 9.45-10.15 a.m.: JK Racing Asia Series qualifying session; 11 a.m.-12 p.m.: F1 third practice session; 12.25-12.55 p.m.: Delhi championship with MRF first race; 2-3 p.m.: F1 qualifying session; 3.30-4 p.m.: JK Racing Asia Series first race.

October 30: 11-11.30 a.m.: Delhi championship with MRF second race; 12-12.30 p.m.: JK Racing Asia Series second race; 3-5 p.m.: F1 Grand Prix.
