Kirsten replacement by June

April 03, 2011 11:34 pm | Updated 11:34 pm IST - Mumbai:

The process to replace Gary Kirsten, Paddy Upton and Eric Simmons all part of the support staff of the Indian team will have to be completed before India's tour to the West Indies in June.

Kirsten and Upton were named India coach and mental conditioning expert in December 2007.

Kirsten had informed the BCCI that he would not be available after the World Cup. While Upton's appointment was a package arrangement with Kirsten, Eric Simmons was with the Indian team as bowling consultant on a tour-by-tour basis.
