This refers to the item in “This Day That Age” (Sept. 9), on “Pre-packaged thinking.” It would definitely not be a bad idea these days to “fast” from TV channels one day a week, as suggested by the Minister in Mitcham, England, even in 1961. This is taking into account the overdose of news today, with anchors “doing all the thinking for us,” and on everything under the sun.
