Uber case: police track down co-accused

The Delhi Police have tracked down the absconding co-accused in the forgery case registered against alleged rapist Uber cab driver Shiv Kumar Yadav.

Yadav has been named in the case for allegedly obtaining a forged character certificate. Submitting the forged document, he obtained permits from the transport department and registered himself with Uber International. Confirming the development on Sunday, Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) Madhur Verma said they have managed to establish a contact with the accused who had been on the run so far.
