June 24, 2015 12:32 pm | Updated November 16, 2021 04:55 pm IST - HYDERABAD:

The Hyderabad High Court on Wednesday posted the hearing of bail petition of TDP MLA A. Revanth Reddy, who was lodged in prison for last three weeks in cash for vote case, to Friday.

The ACB officials, who had filed a counter to the bail petition, represented to the court that they wanted to file an additional counter and sought four days' time.

They maintained that since some suspects were issued notices in the case, it was not advisable to grant Revanth Reddy bail now. The judge granted two days of time and posted the matter to Friday.
