A 18-year-old shepherd was killed in a crocodile attack on the Krishna river bank near Konkal village in Shahapur taluk in Yadgir district on Friday. The victim was identified as Maralingappa of Konkal village.
The incident occurred when he had gone to drink water, police said. His body was recovered by the local swimmers.
