Prof. Kushtagi said the sanctum sanctorum and the temple will be constructed in the first phase. The Flagstaff (Dwaja stamba) and Gatehouse tower (Rajagopuram) would be constructed in the second and third phase.

The foundation would also establish a charitable hospital to meet the medical needs of the poor in rural areas and would run a free school, Prof. Kushtagi added.
