Three persons died and five were injured in a road accident in Khanapur in Bhalki taluk on Tuesday.
The dead include Musa Pasha Sab (57) and Nabi Sab Lal Sab (50) from Nalegaon, Sheikh Basher Gulab Sab (46) of Murki village. They were travelling by a tempo and were crushed top death when the tempo turned turtle. The injured have been identified as Ismail Mehboob, Sheikh Jamir, Mehboob Mastan, Shabuddin and Ahmed. They have been admitted to the District Hospital.
They were tamarind farmers and traders from Latur District in Maharashtra taking their produce to Hyderabad, police said.
A case has been registered in the Dhannur police station.
