Flood havoc in Bihar has affected giraffe Bheem’s travel plans to Patna zoo.

The plan to transfer the 12-foot tall, two-year-old giraffe to Patna zoo as part of an animal exchange agreement has been stalled. Acting on a reported advisory from the authorities of Patna zoo, the Mysore zoo, which had planned to transport the animal in a special truck this week, will now wait for the flood situation to improve.
