For the second day on Wednesday second ghat road leading to the sacred shrine of Lord Venkateswara experienced land slips at various places.
Even though the land slips were of minor in nature the vehicle drivers were gripped in panic as the stones sporadically rolled down from at a height of about 20 to 30 feet at several places and even more at certain places. TTD JEO K.S. Srinivasa Raju, who inspected the ghat road, ordered for the diversion of the vehicular traffic on to the link road connecting the first ghat road till in the evening.
