Transport Commissioner given 15 days time to submit report, says Sidda

Transport Minister Sidda Ragava Rao on Friday announced a high-level probe into the Madakasira mishap, which left 15 persons dead and more than 45 people were injured.

“Transport Commissioner G. Anantha Ramu will conduct a probe and submit a report within 15 days, fixing responsibility for the mishap and suggest measures to prevent recurrence of such mishaps in the future,” the Minister told a media conference here on Friday. ''We have suspended three officials. Stern action will be taken against those found negligent,” he said
