Atchannaidu slams Jagan

October 12, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:55 am IST - RAJAHMUNDARY:

Accusing Leader of the Opposition Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy of creating obstacles for the construction of the capital city ‘Amaravathi,’ Labour Minister K. Atchannaidu on Sunday said the construction works would be completed as per the plan. He advised Mr. Jagan to cooperate with the government in the building of the new capital and addressing problems of people.

Addressing a meeting after unveiling the statue of his brother the late K. Yerran Naidu on the premises of the Hindi Teacher Training Centre here, Mr. Atchannaidu wondered why the Opposition was against development. “Mr. Jagan’s deeksha lacks clarity. We don’t know why he sat on fast all of a sudden,” he said. MP K. Rammohan Naidu and other leaders were present.
