Major fire in wood warehouse in Mazgaon, no casualty

The blaze, which started at 2 a.m., was brought under control by eight fire engines around 8 a.m.

A major fire broke out in a wood warehouse in Mazgaon early on Wednesday. No casualty has been reported.

The incident happened around 2 a.m. in the Mustafa Bazaar area. It began in the single-storeyed warehouse that had a large stock of timber and wood. Eight fire engines were sent to the spot along with senior officials and the blaze was brought under control at 8 a..m. The Disaster Management Department confirmed that nobody was injured.
