A 26-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide at her residence in Laggere on Tuesday.
The deceased, Rani was married to Harish, a truck driver, ten months ago.
The Peenya police suspect domestic row could be the reason for suicide. Police officials are waiting for a statement by the deceased’s parents to ascertain whether Harish was harassing her for dowry.
A case has been registered.
