Sanadi chosen for Pampa Award

Kannada poet B.A. Sanadi has been chosen for the prestigious Pampa Award instituted by the Karnataka government, for 2015.

Mr. Sanadi obtained BA and B.Ed. degrees from Karnatak University and did his postgraduation in Kannada and Sanskrit in 1972 from Bombay University . Mr. Sanadi spent most of the time outside Karnataka, in his long career in All India Radio in different capacities. Novelist Nemichandra has been named for the Danachintamani Attimabbe Award. M.S. Sindhura and Jambanna Amarachinta will be given the Kundanagara Gadinaada Sahitya Prashasti and the Sangolli Rayanna Prashasti, respectively.
