A city civil and sessions court on Tuesday reserved its order on Mohammed Nalapad's bail plea. He had moved a bail plea after the city police filed a chargesheet in the case.
Earlier, the High Court had dismissed his bail application.
On Tuesday, Nalapad's counsel and Special Public Prosecutor Shyamsundar argued over the case. Judge Parameshwara Prasanna reserved his judgement for Wednesday.
