“In how many cases the investigation is still pending? The other day, a case came up before this court in which there was a stay operating since past four years. Nobody [in the Lokayukta police] had taken steps to vacate it. Are these people have conscience or not? The establishment is going through a bad phase. Don't aggravate it…,” the court observed orally.
During earlier hearings, the court had pulled up the Lokayukta police for not completing the probe against Dr. Nandeesh even after 18 months of registering FIR against him.
