Adi Lakshmi, Class VIII student of Zilla Parishad High School, Revadi, Visakhapatnam, emerged as one of the national winners of the digital global essay writing competition ‘The Golden Pen’. She received a Miko robot at a ceremony held recently. Organised by WNS Global Services, global business process management company, along with its CSR wing WNS Cares Foundation (WCF) last year, a total of nine winners received the robots which will be displayed at their respective schools.

The competition was held in Mumbai as a part of the WCF’s annual flagship programme to reach out to under privileged children by digitally connecting international students studying in Costa Rica, Philippines, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Poland and Romania.
