Seminar on ornamental fishery at ALC from today

Department of Zoology of Andhra Loyola College (ALC) in collaboration with Zoology and Aquaculture department of Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) is organising a three-day national seminar on ALC campus from Thursday.

The seminar on ‘Recent Trends and Practices in Ornamental Fishery with special emphasis on Promotion of Women Entrepreneurship in Aquariculture’, is aimed at exploring market and export opportunities for ornamental fish.

Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) Director (Marketing) N. Ramesh will inaugurate the seminar and deliver the keynote address, said the seminar organising secretary G. Mathew Srirangam.
