Robust Lifesciences, a company which is in marketing biological products, has brought out two new products – Karyomax and Karyoblast – for shrimp and fish industries respectively.
The new products will help to improve food conversion ratio, improve quality of shrimp and fish, develops immunity and disease resistance and reduce harmful bacteria and mortality, said Robust Lifesciences managing director C.V. Subbarao.
Karyotica Biologicals managing director and scientist Ravi Chandra Beeram, who came up with the products said the production of Karyomax and Karyoblast is a long term goals of the company.
“The two products will bring a change in aquaculture industry and benefits will reach the farmers quickly. Karyomax is made with natural ingredients and can prevent white gut disease which is haunting the aqua farmers,” Mr. Ravi Chandra said at a press conference held here on Saturday.
Company co-founder B. Bapuji Rao said Karyoblast helps to raise healthier fish, improves meat quality and reduce crop period.
“Karyomax and Karyoblast were tested in the shrimp ponds on in Rohu and Catla fish tanks on an experimental basis in Krishna, Nellore, Guntur and other districts and the products gave good results,” Mr. Subbarao added.
Agriculture Minister Prathipati Pulla Rao will launch the new products in Vijayawada on Sunday, said Mr. Ravi Chandra.
