Recollecting the unique art forms exhibited by few artist troupes hailing from Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, during the recent Tiruchanur Brahmotsavams, TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal instructed the officials to identify several such expert teams from other parts of the country, also for the Tirumala Brahmotsavams next year. During a review meeting with HoDs, on various developmental activities, here on Monday, Mr. Singhal directed the Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad (HDPP) wing to write letters to the Chief Secretaries of the States in the country, seeking them to send their cultural troupes. He also instructed the Accounts department officials to negotiate for facilitating the domestic card schemes like RuPay, Bheem card and net banking under payment gateway mode in the interests of the pilgrims.

He also said that the new number of FMS call centre 1800 425 111 111 would be printed on all the accommodation receipts including online reservation, so that the pilgrims will have information about the new call centre. Mr. Singhal further complimented the PA system given to all the art troupes during the recent Brahmotsavams and instructed engineering officials to make a trial-run of PA system in the next Pournami Garuda Seva in Tirumala. He also instructed the officials for preparing the master data on TTD properties in a full-fledged manner at the earliest and directed the Chief Editor of Sapthagiri magazine Radha Ramana to ensure that there will be no delay in dispatching the magazine to subscribers on time.
