To entice food-lovers with these delicious features, hotel Taj Gateway in city has kicked off the Autumn Moon Food Festival at its Chinese restaurant Bay Leaf.
“This is an official harvest festival celebrated by Chinese and Vietnamese people and is held on the 15th day of the eighth month in the Chinese and Vietnamese calendars during full moon, which is in September or early October,” explained Shabul Hassan, Sales and Marketing Manager of the hotel at the launch of the food festival on Thursday.
The festival, to be served in dinner, will have a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes in starters, soups, main course and desserts section.
Hotel’s master chef Binay, under the guidance of the executive chef Shreedhar, has put together a lip-smacking menu comprising traditional flavours.
The festival also has a combo offer of starter/soup/main course. Noodles/ fried rice and dessert.
