Thousands of the community members including kids and senior citizens took part in the rally spreading Mahaveer’s message of Ahimsa. The rally organised by the Jain Samaj was flagged off by Jain monks at the Gandhi Municipal High School on BRP Road. The members went through the Convent Road, Tarapet, Main Bazaar, Low bridge, KR Market, Jenda Chettu Centre, Hindu High School Road, Samrang Chowk and later completed the rally at the high school where it began.
