Brimming with excitement to explore God’s Own Country, 30 chosen bloggers from 28 countries started a 14-day road trip on Sunday from the State capital, documenting the journey to help Kerala Tourism reach out to aspiring travellers.
After a quick trip to the city, the enthusiastic travellers started their journey for the Kerala Blog Express 5, the pioneering blogger outreach programme of Kerala Tourism.
Till April 1, bloggers from countries such as France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania, Venezuela, and Peru will travel all the way up to Kasaragod, sharing photographs, blogs, videos, and articles about the beauty and charm of the State for followers all over the world.
Natasha Mcjoram, a blogger from Toupo, New Zealand, could not conceal here excitement on being part of the all-expense-paid trip around the State and turning a brand ambassador. “Lovely people is my first impression about the State. It is hot and humid compared to the mercury levels back home,” she told The Hindu .
“It is truly God’s Own Country and is unique, as described by travellers back home. Nature, lush greenery, and backwaters are what I will focus on,” Scott Tisson, a blogger from Portsmith, U.K., said.
