: Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president V.M.. Sudheeran has termed ‘nothing but a daydream’ BJP president Amit Shah’s statement that the his party’s goal was to rid Kerala of Congress.

In a statement here on Tuesday, Mr. Sudheeran said Mr. Shah had made the statement only because he had no idea about the people of Kerala who were committed to democracy and secularism.

The people of Kerala were suffering the impact of the ‘anti-people’ policies of the BJP government.

There was no question of the BJP winning the hearts of the farmers, farm workers and working class of the State, Mr. Sudheeran said.
