Pandalam Kerala Varma awards

::The Mahakavi Pandalam Kerala Varma poetry and journalism awards will be presented here on January 30.

Mahakavi Pandalam Kerala Varma Smaraka Samithi president K.S. Ravikumar told reporters here on Saturday that the poetry award would be presented to Prabha Varma for his anthology Aparigraham and the journalism award to Jose Panachipuram of Malayala Manorama for his column ‘Tharagalil’ under the pseudonym Panachi.

The poetry award comprises Rs.15, 000, citation and a statuette.

The journalism award comprises Rs.10,000, a citation and a statuette.
