Vice-Chancellor of Manipal University K. Ramnarayan released a book, Soliloquies of A Principal, written by the principal of Little Rock Indian School, Brahmavar, Mathew C. Ninan at Brahmavar in Udupi district on June 1.
The book is a compendium of select articles on school education written by Prof. Ninan. Dr. Ramnarayan lauded the efforts of Prof. Ninan in penning down his insightful thoughts, which, he said, were “both timely and timeless”.
He said they were timely because schools needed a sense of direction and purpose as outlined in the book. They were timeless because of the enduring value of the thoughts embedded in the book.
