Cusat students top in employability ranking

Around 74% students of the School of Engineering (SOE) at the Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat) are employable, according to a recent study done by the National Project Implementation for the Ministry of Human Resource Development.

An official release said SOE had topped the list for Kerala in the Information Technology sector. The eligibility criteria and employability in 10 different areas in engineering colleges nationwide were taken into consideration.

Of the 10, SOE secured top spot in seven areas including IT, IT products, hardware, electronics, civil design construction, electrical, and mechanical.
