Chendamangalam weavers contribute relief materials

The handloom weavers of Chendamangalam near here, who were devastated by the floods last year, have contributed relief materials to those affected in the rains in Wayanad.

The Chendamangalam 3428 society, under president Baby, collected garments and approached the NGO, Gopalji Foundation, for transporting them to north Kerala.

Members of the foundation collected the garments from the society and despatched them to Wayanad.
