Two killed, 4 injured in a car accident in Hyderabad

Two persons were killed and seven others including four children belonging to a family were injured when a car rammed into a hotel at Madinaguda in Miyapur police station limits early on Wednesday. The condition of the injured is stated to be critical.

According to the police, the family was returning to the BHEL Quarters at R.C. Puram after attending a reception at Chandrayangutta when the front tyre of the car burst at Madinnaguda Road.

Srikanth, who was driving the car lost control over the vehicle and rammed into a big signboard put up in front of a hotel, the police said. Srikanth and his mother Padma sustained serious injuries and died on the spot while the injured were rushed to a hospital for treatment.
