Rapid infrastructure development and initiatives taken up in recent times have helped suburbs to be accessible making it convenient for citizens to purchase houses suiting their budget. Real estate sector in Telangana has witnessed a steady development in the last few years with the State and Hyderabad in specific becoming the most sought after investment destination for multinational and national companies, he said.

Investor-friendly policies of TS government have played a key role in attracting new firms and encouraging existing companies to expand operations which in turn led to talented persons to consider capital as a location to migrate, said TREDA representatives. Vasavi Group, Aparna Constructions and My Home are among the sponsors for the show. Entry is free.
