Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be addressing an election meeting in support of the BJP candidates at the L.B. Stadium on Monday afternoon. He will be landing from New Delhi at the Begumpet Airport, proceed straight to the venue and return to the capital in the evening, according to TS BJP leaders.
Mr. Modi had earlier addressed meetings at Nizamabad and Mahabubnagar last week. In fact, all the top leaders of the party, Union Cabinet ministers and Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath and Chief Minister of Chhattigarh Raman Singh are also touring the length and breadth of Telangana addressing public meetings in an aggressive campaign pitch for the party candidates.
Party national president Amit Shah has already addressed several public meetings in the last few days and also conducted road shows in different parts, including Hyderabad, and on Sunday he was at Malkajgiri. Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda, is, in fact, camping here for several days now overseeing the entire canvassing and participating in many constituency-wise meetings. External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has already addressed a few meetings. Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari have been participating in the election meetings.
