IPE programmes get NBA accreditation

Updated - May 07, 2016 05:35 am IST - HYDERABAD:

The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) has granted accreditation to the Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) PGDM, PGDM-Banking, Insurance and Financial Services and PGDM - International Business with the period of validity of two years from January 1, 2016.

This makes the courses eligible for grant of equivalence to MBA by the Association of Indian Universities, a press release said.

Huge benefit

This would be of huge benefit to students as the NBA accreditation indicates a balance between high academic quality and professional relevance and that the needs of the corporate world are well integrated into programmes, activities and processes of the IPE.

The NBA accreditation to the three PGDM courses of the IPE ensures that the student has entered the portals of an institution, which has the essential and desirable features of quality professional education.
