IKEA-India, the local arm of Swedish home furnishing company here, has launched its free shuttle service in the city to provide store accessibility to customers.

Four shuttles will run from different locations to the IKEA store in Hit-Tec City. The services are from Erragadda, Paradise, ESI and Ameerpet metro rail stations which will serve as pick-up and drop-off points. They will make four rounds to and from the IKEA store from each of the points. Customers can access services on first-come first-serve basis, a release said.

Speaking at the launch of the new service, Aurelie Raimon, Store Manager, IKEA Hyderabad said the service was introduced because a survey showed that travelling to Hi-Tec City for shopping was difficult for many.
