HMR completes construction of school building

Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMR) is getting ready to inaugurate the new building of the Government high school at Chaderghat. The school complex is being built in an area of 40,000 sq. ft. at an estimated cost of Rs. 5.5 crore. This is the second government school being constructed by HMR after the one at Kukatpally. Old buildings of these schools were earlier taken over as part of road widening works. The Chaderghat school complex is built with four floors and will have four schools imparting English and Telugu-medium education.

HMR MD N.V.S. Reddy said that the facility will be able to accommodate four individual government schools in the area, a press release said.
