The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) would conduct a property show at Nandana Garden at Nakkalagutta from October 19 to 20.

CREDAI, Warangal Chapter, secretary E. Prem Sagar said the two-day event would bring together realtors, building material manufacturers, consultants, and financial institutions from across the district to exhibit the advances in the real estate sector.

Stalls, which would be put up, would display information on townships, apartment complexes, gated communities, villas and green buildings along with financial institutions and suppliers.

Developing Warangal

“The Kakatiya Urban Development Authority (KUDA) and Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC) have master plans to develop the city with a focus on the needs of the people for the next 50 years,” he said, adding that Warangal has a thriving economy and bustling tourism sector and was emerging as an industrial hub.

Property investors

Speaking on the occasion, CREDAI-Telangana Vice-Chairman C. Jagan Mohan said the Warangal city was showing signs of a future destination for property investors and second commercial city after Hyderabad in the State.

“The Warangal-Hyderabad National Highway-163 connects the two cities and the development of this corridor is a huge driving factor for the growth of real estate market along the stretch. The CREDAI property show will help the buyers identify the best projects in the city,” he said.
